Characteristics of White Supremacy Culture

White supremacy culture is the idea (ideology) that white people and the ideas, thoughts, beliefs, and actions of white people are superior to People of Color and their ideas, thoughts, beliefs, and actions. White supremacy culture is reproduced by all the institutions of our society. THE COALITION FOR RACIAL JUSTICE

WHO WE ARE

Member Organizations

The Coalition for Racial Justice is a collaboration of more than 20 member organizations from throughout Franklin County and the North Quabbin.

Committee Projects

Members of the Coalition work together in committees to create action plans for dismantling systemic racism.

Educational Resources

Our Coalition is powered by a critical analysis of racism, and we have collected the key resources we used to get educated!

Almost twenty-seven years ago, NELCWIT was a lifesaver for me and my three kids, and none of us have forgotten. I'm just sharing this with you to let you know what a huge impact the courageous and dedicated women of NELCWIT, and the vital, top-notch services they provide, have had across time. I can't, and wouldn't want to, imagine my life without your grace and wisdom.
